We are looking for a Senior Console Programmer to join our team. Initially, this role will be working on Human: Fall Flat but will transition to a new unannounced project.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in optimization, submission and release processes across a variety of platforms.

The role is located in our studio in Tenerife and will provide a relocation package and competitive salary for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating Human Fall Flat across all platforms, including PlayStation 4 Xbox One, Nintendo Switch
  • Implementing platform specific code and features, to allow us to make the most of what each platform has to offer
  • Owning the build pipeline, submission and compliance requirements for all platforms
  • Contributing to the development of new features and content updates of the game
  • Maintaining and extending Steam Workshop features and modding support

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering Unity games on Playstation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch
  • Deep knowledge of the common requirements for each platform standards, including input, localization and any specific requirement for each vendor
  • Optimizing Unity games in a memory constrained environment
  • Strong C# skills and Unity experience
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

In your primary QA role, you will be testing across PC and Console Platforms. In your secondary Level Design role, you will be working in engine in Unity to create content for an unannounced game.

You’ll be joining at the beginning of the development cycle, so this is a real opportunity to be hands-on prototyping mechanics and levels, working with the Lead Designer to prepare the game for full Production.
